Back to black & white photography with this one. Originally this is a shot on Provia 100F color reversal film with Mamiya RB67 medium format camera. Since I switched to medium format film, I use very little or no post-processing at all. On the field I usually visualize what the final image will look like and aim for that visualization. In most cases my visualization is determined by my knowledge of how natural light and colors will influence the scene and I wait for the right light to take the actual shot. But there are those cases when my imagination goes beyond reality and I take a raw shot and then transform it to match my visualization in the post-processing phase. But even then I strive to keep post-processing to a minimum. So when I looked at this beautiful Mountain reflection on Arda river, I saw it in black & white. Check out the night exposure from the same precious spot - The Meteor and the experimental Arda Timelapse!
